Our Fees and Service Rates are Highly Competetive within the Triad Area; Our Entire Operation is based on providing High Quality Professional Services at a Fair Price.

Home Inspection Fees are quoted as a Fixed Price and will be based on the Size of the Home, Complexity and Scope of Service (e.g., Does the Client want to include laboratory Radon Testing or let us coordinate additional services such as those of a Licensed Pest Control Contractor?)

Consulting and Building Fees can be arranged as either a Fixed Price or a Time & Expenses Protocol. There are advantages and disadvantages to both methods; the ideal method depends on a blend of the Preferences of the Client and the Scope of the Work. In either case, there is never a charge for a preliminary consultation to assure that the Client, the HouseWright and the Project are a Good Fit.
